Priority Bicycles’ Sauce goes electric, and keeps a belt instead of a chain, with a single speed.
Priority E-Sauce: 750 W and 720 Wh
The official product page describes a 750 W hub motor with torque and cadence sensors, plus a throttle. The 720 Wh battery is integrated into the down tube, removable, and can be charged on or off the bike. Priority says it measured a range of 20 to 60 miles per charge, depending on assistance level, terrain, rider weight, speed and throttle use.

The bike ships set to Class 2, limited to 20 mph, and can be switched to Class 3 at 28 mph, with the brand advising riders to check local regulations. These classes belong to US regulations: in Europe, an electrically assisted bicycle is limited to 250 W and 25 km/h.
A Gates belt and a single speed
The E-Sauce comes with a 55-tooth chainring, a 22-tooth sprocket and a 122-tooth Gates belt. Braking is handled by two-piston hydraulic disc brakes, with 180 mm rotors front and rear and motor cut-off sensors. Electrek adds WTB Intersector tyres in 27.5 x 2.4 inches and a suspension fork with 100 mm of travel.

The product page lists a weight of 59 lbs and a maximum load of 300 lbs, including rider, bike and luggage. Electrek reports a price of $2,199, and Priority shows shipping in February 2027.
