Cinelli has been building bikes in Milan for more than seventy years. Omnium has been building cargo bikes in Copenhagen for far less time, but with a reputation already solid in cities that take two-wheeled mobility seriously. Their meeting produces the Supercargo — a steel cargo bike, limited to 120 units, in a blue taken straight from the Cinelli archives.
Azzurro Laser: an archive blue, not a marketing name
Azzurro Laser was not invented for the occasion. It is the exact colour code of the Cinelli Laser, the track bike that defined Italian competitive cycling in the 1980s. That precise blue, documented in the brand’s archives, is applied here to a cargo frame in 2026. According to the two brands: “Bold, specific, inimitable.”
The dialogue between eras is legible to anyone who knows Cinelli’s history — and no doubt opaque to everyone else, which is probably the point for a run of 120 units.
Columbus steel, SRAM Apex and a 75 kg load
The double-butted Chromoly frame takes Columbus tubing co-developed with Omnium — a custom tube label marks the meeting point of two steel traditions. The drivetrain is SRAM Apex 11-speed. The Cinelli Volare saddle completes a build that plays on the complementarity of the two brands rather than the coherence of a single catalogue.
The claimed front payload is 75 kilograms — a common figure on serious cargo bikes. The bike comes in three sizes (S, M, L).
The Supercargo Couriers collection
Around the bike, Cinelli and Omnium have built a narrative collection: the “Supercargo Couriers”, a fictional courier company linking Milan to Copenhagen. The logo merges Cinelli’s winged C — one of the most recognised symbols in cycling — with Omnium’s inverted U into a courier crest. Urban graphics, two city skylines, a story that does not exist.
When the best cargo bike from Copenhagen meets the most iconic bike brand from Milan — something entirely new is born.

The collection includes T-shirts hand-printed in Italy (€39 and €60), a Bagaboo messenger bag in UV-resistant CORDURA® (€175), a 550 ml Elite bottle (€20), socks (€20) and a red cap made in Italy (€30).
