With the Fabric ALM:HALO, the brand revives a name that dates back to 2014. The official product page recalls that the original ALM saddle was designed with Airbus. It also presents the HALO name as coming from Project:HALO, carried out with the National Composites Centre, which gave the saddle its wraparound rear architecture, joining the rear and the rails into a single structure.
Fabric ALM:HALO, a shell and rails in a single piece
The base and rails are carbon, in a one-piece construction. On top, Fabric adds lightweight EVA padding and a microfibre cover. The saddle measures 142 mm wide by 265 mm long, and its rails have a 7 x 10 mm section. The product page adds a useful figure for setting up: 47 mm from the middle of the rails to the top of the saddle.
The brand sets a rider weight limit of 100 kg.
Two variants at the same weight and price
The ALM:HALO comes in two versions. The standard version keeps a continuous seating surface. The ALM:HALO ERGO gets a cut-out in the base, designed to relieve pressure points. On both product pages, Fabric quotes the same weight, 145 g, and the same dimensions.

The price is the same too: €329 on Fabric’s online shop, for either one.
