IN BRIEF

Voi, the Swedish shared e-scooter and e-bike operator, published its third-quarter 2026 report on 22 October. Voi describes the quarter as another record, achieved in its “seasonally strongest period”. Its net revenue rose by 53% to €88.2 million, up from €57.5 million a year earlier. Its adjusted EBITDA went from €16.4 million to €31.0 million. Riders took 53 million rides over the quarter, close to half of the 2025 total, while the number of active vehicles grew by 40%.

Founded in 2018, Voi offers shared e-scooters and e-bikes in partnership with cities. Its press release describes more than 200,000 vehicles operated in more than 130 cities across 13 countries.

Voi: a €88.2 million quarter

Net revenue for the quarter reached €88.2 million, up 53% year on year. Adjusted EBITDA rose by €14.6 million to €31.0 million, and its margin went from 28.4% to 35.2%. Adjusted EBIT came in at €21.9 million, compared with €9.4 million, a margin of 24.8% against 16.4%.

Growth does not come from the fleet alone: Voi says revenue per vehicle per day rose by 10% to €5.36, despite a 40% increase in the number of active vehicles.

53 million rides in three months

The press release states that riders took 53 million rides with Voi in the third quarter, close to half of those taken in the whole of 2025. It adds that after nine months, Voi has already surpassed its full-year 2025 net revenue and adjusted EBITDA, before entering a “seasonally quieter” fourth quarter. Since its launch, the operator claims more than 500 million rides and more than 4 million active riders a year.

Fredrik Hjelm, co-founder and CEO of Voi, commented on the quarter in the press release:

“This quarter showed that our business model works better than ever. We are at an inflection point where all the key parameters are working together.”
