Taiwanese brand Gusto is adding the GTG, billed on its UK website as a “grand launch”. road.cc considers its prices very competitive, ahead of any test, and points out that the Sport TE offers a Shimano GRX717 Di2 electronic drivetrain for under £3,000.
Three Gusto GTGs, from GRX RX610 to Di2
The range comprises three models. At the top, the GTG Pro TE gets Shimano Ultegra GRX825 Di2 in a 12-speed single-chainring setup. The GTG Sport TE gets GRX717 Di2 in 1×12. The GTG Elite Ultra gets a double-chainring GRX RX610 groupset, in 2×12.
Gusto calls the GTG “a performance-focused carbon platform designed for speed, comfort and versatility across mixed terrain”.

In-house wheels and vibration-filtering carbon
All three versions share Attaque carbon wheels, Gusto’s in-house brand: 40 mm rim depth and 27 mm internal width. The official product page lists 1,360 g for the G100 pair and a rim compatible with tyres from 35 to 52 mm. The frame itself accepts tyres from 45 to 50 mm.
On the carbon side, the brand highlights its I.L.C. technology, short for Innegra Latex Composite. Gusto explains, in the press release relayed by road.cc, that it is meant to dampen vibrations on rough surfaces while keeping the ride responsive. The frame is UCI-approved for racing and comes with a lifetime warranty.
